in this alternate timeline,central powers didn't lost wwI,instead of that,they won and Germany annexed Belgium and few lands of Northern France.
Ggermany annexed lexemburg too.
in december 1917 the central powers sign the treaty of Warsaw:

Germany gain some lands in the colonial empire,and claim the belgian colonial empire.
Germany annex old Polish lands under russian control since 1815.
Germany annex few lands in the polotsk region.
Denmark will be a german puppet state.
Lithuania,Latvia,Estonia,Polotsk-belarus,Ukraine,Gothland,Georgia will be released as an independant nation.
in 1920 Germany start a quick invasion of the baltic countries due to a a communist rebelion in the baltic countries.
in 1921 Germany occup the whole baltic countries and annex them in 1924.
