short story:
the east african federation would be possible in the 1800's during the African colonisation by the europeans.
during the colonial time,Germany claimed Kenya,Tanzania,and Uganda which formed the "Deutsch-Ostafrika"
after wwI the Deutsch-Ostafrika is gave to Belgium and Great Britain.
during the decolonisation,Great Britain release Kkenya and Tanzania;Bbelgium release Uganda.
after the decolonisation Rwanda,Burundi,Uganda formed the Union of Central Africa.
in 1987 the three nations declares officially the existence of the union.
in 1999,Kenya join the union.
after 40 yrs of mutual economic aids the Governement of Kenya esk for a total unification of the state which forms the union.
in 2039,Kenya,Uganda,Rwanda,unites as one to form the Federation of Africa.
in 2041,Burundi join the union and the union rename itself as "East African Federation.
in the same year,Tanzania want to join the union.
in 2043 Tanzania is totaly annexed by the union.
